This unique and typical Spanish country house for up to 8-10 people is situated in between the vineyards of Javea and Benitachell at the Costa Blanca. The villa offers a very peaceful and beautiful setting with amazing views across the countryside. The large private grounds (10.000m2, mostly vineyards) provide enough space for kids to have fun or to just enjoy the relaxed outside living.
The private pool gives pleasant refreshment and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace from which you can enjoy views of the rural surroundings.
Benicambra is located just 1km from the Golf course and within walking distance from the charm and delights of Benitachell, a village between the coastal towns of Jávea and Moraira, where excellent restaurants, a variety of shops and beautiful beaches can be found.

As a rule, the minimum stay in holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas is seven days. The customary arrival and departure days may vary according to location. Outside the high season it is generally possible to choose any day of the week as the arrival or departure day. For rentals of holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas of four days or less a daily surcharge might be payable. The rented property at your holiday destination will be available for occupancy between 16:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. You should inform the key holder if you expect to arrive after 18:00 hrs. On the day of departure you must vacate the holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca before 09:30 hrs.

Pet friendly holiday homes   
Most holiday home owners do not allow pets in their homes. Only with written confirmation from the rental agency on your voucher, are pets allowed in and around the accommodation. In this case an extra charge will be applied. The accommodations with the above mentioned icon attached to the description do, in principle, allow cats or dogs . However, a written confirmation is still required.
